okay am I crazy???.. it felt like it had a fantasy/supernatural tilt from the trailer, but when I read the synopsis here I was obviously VERY off base lol
This should have been a beautiful drama but for some reason, many tiny details kept throwing me off enjoying it...1.…
I dont mind pecks for the most part. There were three scenes were it annoyed me bc it called for a bit of passion and it couldn't be delivered. Weirdly I felt like the ML was trying and the FL really closed her mouth tight lol
Still can’t moveon from this drama, still can’t believe how can the ML acting was so good although this is…
I loved him! I like a lot of actors but only a few really make me go "I'm in love.. please act in more." Evan Lin and the actor who was the ML in My Fated Boy... they really made me sit up in my chair. haha
Overall I really enjoyed this show. Evan Lin needs to be a lead in another romance imo. I loved him! Now I'm gonna…
The last episode the first half was the ML (whom I overall really loved) repetitively saying "You're a man, men don't cry." I went UGH each time out loud. And then him being jealous of a kid. So weird. The first half of the drama showed he was good with kids. It was just such a weird turn. That's why I think they should have scrapped the first half of the last episode and combined it with the episode before.
And the whole Cheng Yin thing was weird as hell also. It came completely out of the blue for me and then was kinda tossed aside. Just seemed super pointless to me.
Overall I really enjoyed this show. Evan Lin needs to be a lead in another romance imo. I loved him! Now I'm gonna rant a little. I'm sorry. No one in my life will indulge meeeee :(
(since this is in the synopsis I think it's safe to say not a spoiler): I actually really like the idea of a second chance romance, but I thought the reason for their parting wasn't that strong and a lot of completely uncalled for and unnecessary blame was placed on the ML. I think I just honestly emphasized with him. I thought it was pretty unfair to him imo.
For the kisses.. I've seen some ppl talk about them negatively. I've watched romance dramas that were awesome where the leads never even kissed (I overall prefer some skinship, but there are times where it's not always completely needed to be enjoyable). I thought their few kisses were fine, very much days of old with smooshing the lips together and the end haha. There were three times in the series where it bugged me... everything in those scenes called for a bit of passion, which couldn't be delivered.
Also that toxic mom drove me mad and she was very ablest (which they downplayed too much and no one else in the drama saw it as problematic really.. which made me more upset!!). A blind man has no value in her eyes regardless of character. It was pretty offensive. I can understand being concerned that her daughter would end up having some difficulty, but to this extent it actually made me annoyed. I wish when people have toxic family (the ML and his toxic father) there wasnt such a push in dramas to forgive. Sometimes forgiveness is of course fine, but I hate when they show toxic and/or abusive parents and it's all "But you have to forgive to move on." Like sometimes you need to cut those people out of your life.
Also thought the last two episodes should have just been combined.
This Drama was Quite Good but this Long Time Break up because of an Misunderstanding was not Necessary.. That…
I really like the idea of breaking up and a time lapse personally (Second chance stuff can be interesting sometimes), but I thought the reasoning was pretty weak imo.
I am interested in the story of King and Peat, but this kid with a dog is now confusing. Do Peat and King reconcile…
I'm extremely curious about Ice... why was his character brought in. Are King and Peat going to stay a ship? Is Ice there as a romance option OR he is there to be a catalyst for a future blow up between King and Peat. It feel like they reconciled kinda quickly and are ignoring real issues. Quickly talking about moving back in etc. I feel like there will be a fight or something which will cause them to actually talk for real...
I feel like Ice is brought in to cause that problem and not to be a romance partner really? I dont know I could be completely wrong though.
Okay Non's character was completely pointless to me besides to look so pitiful. Like poor dude. But I think the story would have worked find with his character completely omitted. He's there just to be sad, since we already know the ship and it's not him.
Man the main couple has gone so downhill for me. I actually was really enjoying them before ep 11. I think I would have liked the ex to have NEVER come into the picture at all... I feel like story wise they could have come up with something else. It just makes them feel so draggy to me.
Now I just watch for Mark and Owen.. they've become the main couple. Their story is fun and interesting.
If you mean they walk off into the sunset together in that type of happy ending.. then not really? It's more of an "we will meet again" open ending kinda hopeful... depends how you see it ending.
kinda? It isnt really a competition between the men though b/c well past lives? Jang Man Wol character is over 1000 years old. So it's more lee do hyun's character is more in the past and flashbacks
Has they started to shoot for this series? Any info when is the release date?this series has been announced since…
Probably has something to do with Tommy and Jimmy have a series that is airing now called Peach of Time.. so I'm sure this will be sometime after that. They have been kinda promoting the stories that are connected to this though.. Cutie Pie and Bed Friend. So I think it's still happening.
