Haha yeah I liked moments of that show, but overall it wasn't great (I personally thought how they wrote the FML really brought it down for me).

I just want one with a clear happy ending but with a fantasy/supernatural twist. I keep finding ones that have open endings or no happy ending and I just can't right now lol
Does anyone have in recs for fantasy/supernatural romance series with a clear happy ending? (I haven't watched this show.. b/c people explained the ending and I just can't right now haha) It doesn't have to be Korean (although preferably not western) and doesn't have to be straight.. just want some romance with a fantasy flavor.

Have you watched any of the HIStory series? 3 will be free is pretty underrated (it's poly), He's Coming To Me (I just rewatched that so it's fresh in my mind), Second chance, I like don't know where to go.. I'm looking at my list and it's just a mash up off the things I've watched .. all over the place. I guess I'm not good at this :( I need direction. What a FAILURE.
If you are interested in straight romance at all.. I'm watching My Fated Boy and it's SO good.

I think it was pretty clear that it wasn't going to be a high budget or top tier show just from the trailers and first episode. I think you are comparing it honestly to the wrong shows. You have to compare it to lower level bls and honestly compared to some I've seen this isn't that bad.
Not trying to say you can't dislike it.. you totally can.. not for everyone for sure.
