I love drama didn't toned down or white washed characters, at least in first 6 episodes, it's make me thinking that previous novels adaptations toned down they characters not because of censorship, but because producers director afraid that people will don't like characters and drama 🤔

I didn't read novel, but it's looks like was XL memory (I mean of course XY was in cage, but I think that XL had similar experience), I mean boy he remember had red eyes and strong power, doesn't looks like XY for me. And XL looks very sad at that moment.. but if he wasn't in that situation, I don't know why they filmed that scene like this? To show that XL imagine himself as XY?

Its actually become even more worse then before, all S+ cdramas recently have rating around 8 points , and very difficult make it higher I hope it will be not the case with LYF, because its objectively very very good
Xiang Liu you my obsession, and tension between him and XY just 🔥 I love their conversation, and how honest XY near him, but there was moment i really want slap him! I love their opposite characters on surface (XY cheerful talkative mischievous and XL cold ruthless, who almost not talk but speak with his eyes), but similar inside (because of loneliness and similar experience as kids)
SQ can looks like very good boy, but his playful moment when he took away XY cane😳 that moment gave me butterflies! and other when XY tried embarrassed him asking about his preference in woman and he looked at her with his full of love eyes 🔥
All main cast do very good, everyone has their shine moments, everyone acting on point, nobody overshadow others or lacking
That rating too funny, because this drama is flawless (maybe some very minor things, if nick picking too much) , production quality, acting and chemistry just amazing!! haters work hard as always))
Because sometime FL can end up with SML)) QS is Ml of the story he will have more screen times, and drama name…
