it's also my first time attempting contemporary chinese style. there's also an arc when my character was involved in intangible cultural heritage. I think that's very significant and it will introduce many younger people to this kind of handcrafted items made from the yi ethnic group. I think it's a marvellous thing! so I was searching for those accessories everywhere, including buying cloths to make costumes. many costumes that I'm wearing in the show are handmade so you probably won't be able to find them anywhere on the internet.
since before the start of filming, I've been preparing for my character's wardrobe. I have a personal stylist too so she'll help me to acquire those outfits that I'll like. I'll also have to make considerations of the differences in her costumes in the before and later parts of the story.

Make up important part of story, there a lot scenes where she wear minimum make up, or even completely bare face (not tv βbareβ face but real) , her make up reflect her character at different life stages and will become more natural
