As I understand they don't like, that some dramas make a lot episodes just to make more money (sell more sad slots) , so they make their dramas very draggy, put a lot filler scenes just to increase amount of episodes. So to make dramas quality "better" , gov made that rule 🤯

Because previously they made this rules 40 episodes, but some dramas find way to avoid it , and make 2 parts , but technically it still was 1 drama with 40+ episodes

I hate that they can randomly create new rule and everyone should follow it right now. Can they just used their rules for future dramas, not for already filmed and finished. It's like today they decide that man can't have long hair in dramas and tomorrow all dramas should cut out all mans from their costumes stories.
