Even Wang Lin have some redemption, there couple stupid woman characters (as some princesses) , but it's minority, as there also stupid man characters (some bandits, rebellion, man from Liang family from last episodes).

I aslo remember one more, that young girl in Hua city, who was so brave despite her age❤️😭

I think this drama has much more amazing woman characters then man! Empress, Consort Yue, Third Aunty, SS's mom, QQ, madam Wan, A Miao, YY, HZJ...

They all very different, there tender feminine woman (third aunty, empress), passionate (madam Wan), tomboy (QQ), quiet and smart (YY, YS's mom), badass (consort Yue, HZJ) and etc. I mean almost every good man in that drama has more strong and incredible woman beside him.

For me all man, except LBY and Emperor, overshadowed by those amazing woman characters ❤️

I love their duo, and their last moment the most dramatic moment in whole drama for me, especially later when Hao Du find her, it was so beautiful and powerful moments, Lusi as always crying queen 😍

Yep I know! At first I felt the same, but later I find myself rewatching some moments in YouTube, and then whole drama 🤣🤣 there a lot fun moments and I started like all that dramatic moments, because after many years I don't feel so emotionaly invested in characters, but enjoying their acting 😁

Director very good with compensating sad moments with hilarious or romantic, real angst will start from
the end of next week episodes))
