I think after engagement, at least in novel that kind, I believe she has some feeling early, but really started like him after they engaged and she started slowly understand him

I also think he very good at portraiting demon who used live without any emotions or love, he real tsundere😁❤️ but at some moments where he just silence looks at FL (as in ep 10 where they on dragon), I can feel his loneliness and love

I read that part translated in novel, he mean his revenge, at that moment when he saw her he wasn't sure he want marry at all, because his revenge was the most important thing for him. But because he started love her more and more (especially after that arrow scene) he want do it, but she already engaged with LY.

When the producer initially told me that the male lead would be WuLei, I was so stunned! WuLei is an excellent and well-known actor, but the “younger brother” label on him is quite strong. Ling BuYi is a young man and not a teenager.

He is a man, not a boy.

I happened to saw Love Better Than Immortality’s poster so I clicked in and watched.
I have read the original novel before, it appeared silly from the outside but is actually a very touching story. It’s a story with a twist to the ending. Catched up with 2 last episodes, even if I not very like story, except main leads interaction, but chemistry, OST and visual just mind blowing! 😍 Seriously, I rewatching some moments hundred times, because how beautiful it's looks! Even dragon and magic creatures look 100 times better then in others xianxias.
And chemistry, I don't know , I just love how ML looks at FL 😭🥺 their story can sound cliche (cold bad boy + kindly naive girl), but they used that archetypes and trops so well, it's more remind some classic stories or fairytale as Beauty and The Beast.

(And both Ester and Dylan perfect for that roles, I wasn't their fan previous, but they very good)
