I think high budget mean beautiful good quality clothes, beautiful real locations, professional camera work, cgi. For compare "legend of fei" alsi because covid filmed many scene in some plastic decoration, instead use real forest and landscape, and mostly all historical web dramas use same location, cheap clothes. About s-class drama i think Long ballad, Princess Agents, Joy of life, maybe Ever night and Ashes of love

between leads have couple breakup but very short, about 1 ep, not too more more misunderstandings, but have annoying second leads, and cliche. But main couple very natural and amazing chemistry)

Just start watch it, and a bit upset that Mukai Osamu play second role(( its one things I like but also dislike about jdramas, a lot amazing veteran actors play second role, I mean in Chinese and Korean dramas if actor become popular or stat play main role, he always play main role, but in Jdramaland even very popular famous actor still can play second role. I think its show that their actors interesting to play different kinds of roles, without thinking its main or not, but in other hand, how I can watch Mukai Osamu as second lead, he soooo charming and I liked him for sooo many years( I really need new romance focus drama with him as ML)

Don't miss this drama because of age gap, its cast director problem, but in true actors very suite their role. In the drama FL 20+ , she already finished university, while ML looks like he 30. Its not heavy romantic focus drama, but chemistry there
