I was too pissed off before, after watching ep 13 to even continue this lol. Once i calmed down, i binge watched ep 14-21 all in a sitting and all i can say is that its just sooo goodđ im lowkey glad i didnt watch for a few days and let them episodes pile up lmao.. i saw her ex bf phase, early flirting phase, confession, dating phase all together and it was surely a pleasant experience haha. I love this.
My only annoyance with the writers on WYF is that it seems like the only reason she even ended up reconnecting…
I agree. Also the thing that lowkey gives me the ick, is they got back together as if nothing happened, WYF discussed her old stories and trauma, but never really justified or even communicate for leaving him for the second time. SY didnt ask her either. Maybe its just mutual understanding between them, but i cannot digest that.
ONLY 2 MORE DAYS LEFT FOR TFF WITH 5 EPS god whys it ending so early... aaaah it was so fun to watch those eps every morning n hop onto mdl to discuss haha.. gonna miss this :(

even if she does think of herself as a burden to sang yan, she COMMITTED to him. They are in love and she chose to keep her lover in the dark instead of communicating. I dont blame sang yan here for it AT ALL. Even before leaving for yihe, he asked her repeatedly , it was yifans decision to keep him in the dark. Everyone here is criticizing yifan simply because genuinely she was at fault here. She thinks she doing sangyan justice by leaving him without informing.. but we all know that isnt the correct solution to the problem. Seems like she still doesnât trust sangyan enough.

its a drama about life, so theres definitely some sad moments to grieve over too along with MANYYY happy and youthful ones.. sad ones settle down really well at the end though and evrythings happy and nice at the end with no regrets.. they probably did this to keep it realistic lol since nobodys life is all happy and nice, and life isnt that merciless to everyone, so ofc every character has their own good and bad moments :)

ALSOPP du man and song cong technically didnt date or make it official or anything.. they didnt seem romantically involved at the end either and they themselves said so at the reunionđ im kinda sad abt that honestly, i hope they had gotten a nice defined ending as well like the others.. the KISS WAS FIRE BUT WE GOT NONE NADA NOTHING AFTER THAT AHH, they just seemed like normal coworker childhood buddies who understood each other deeply and would always help each other out.. they should have been the endgame why the open ending aaaaahhhhhhh
such a nice drama after a longggggg time.. i cried a lot here n there between a few eps ESP the last one (no cuz the old recorded vid with their future selfs aaaa and xichi's vid at the very end â„ïž)đ so heartwarming, theres something about cdramas like this that make life appear so beautiful yet fragile.. i hated a few characters in between but everything went lovely and settled down really well at the end. This makes me want to appreciate life more and value my loved ones more :) I would definitely rewatch this after some time when i get bored with life and want something that motivates me haha.
I usually dont write such long paragraphs or reviews but this one def needs one :) amazing acting by the cast esp for xichi's character, the production and cinematography were done really well too and i felt really very nostalgic as the eps were nearing the end. Each ep felt like an hour long and one ep kept me happy the whole day without making me want crave more.. something soothing about this that u need to process before hoping onto the next episodes... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 10/10!!! I think this is the first time after "go ahead" that im watching such a beautiful family type drama again... Always Home u will forever be remembered and loved :) , this is a hidden gem for sure haha.
