As for the ending, I read many of y'alls opinions in the comments... and I reached to a conclusion that the best ending would be open-sad ending. Since her WBC blood level increased, she will get better and her lifespan will be extended (for possibly a few months). The symptoms wont go, but they try their best to control them so she wont go crazy before dying. She will leave all her duties and work, remarry and live in the country side with Hyun woo, basically live her remaining days with him and he tries making her as happy as she can be. They might just stop the drama here and not show what happens next (how long she lives or how she dies) which kind of leaves us to make our own endings... some will "picture" her surviving and them having a kid or two :P and others may "picture" the sad ending because that's more realistic. This ending is honestly the most perfect ending for this show, unless they come up with a better plan.
Honestly I'd rather have a bitter-sweet ending where she dies than some weird unrealistic "miracle" happens and she becomes completely healthy without medicine or anything. As a med student myself and someone who has loved ones suffering cancer, it'll basically ruin the whole show for me.

Actually the same thing happened in MMH, basically they solved the whole problem of the ml and fl dying by literally having other ppl have their fate (the crazy girl crashes her car and dies instead of ml, the crazy ex-husband gets killed by the crazy bff instead of the fl.... the cancer part as well...). It's really likely that they do it, but I hope they dont.
💯 agree with you. the script, actors, visuals, production and everything is just top notch 🔥 I love how things are unfolding between them and its not the usual long draggy "misunderstanding" situation cuz its getting solved ASAP (like how he thought she played him when she "pretended she didnt know him" (it was actually cuz it wasn't her) when she kissed him, but then she tells him she doesnt remember that so he assumes she was just too drunk and the "misunderstanding" is solved.
I like how he doesnt know she's from the future and I hope he never does ;)
Guys I literally read the synopsis but I didnt like it cuz I thought it will be the typical "celebrity x fan" troupe. Then I randomly found an edit on tiktok and I liked it, so I decided to give it a try!!! I finished the 4 existing episodes in literally one sitting T-T I need help brooooo
Im so addicted at this point, not a single scene was boring or bad, everything is soooo good. There's a lot of mystery and its driving me crazy but its the good type of crazy T-T I wish I listened to the tiktok comment that said dont watch it cuz it's ongoing.
Im currently watching queen of tears as well. It's amazing and I also can't wait for the remaining episodes, but the hype I'm having for lovely runner is just on a WHOLE DIFFERENT LEVEL!!!!1

I forgot cuz its been long, but basically the ml is trash towards the end and ignores her (I think it was something to do with his brother, like revenge or idk) anyways basically she falls into deep sleep and never wakes up again :)))) and the ml regrets it a lot and tries his best to make her wake up again. Then he's seen on a cliff or smth while holding her. Story ends there. Assuming he jumped with her :))
FIRST DRAMA I EVER WATCHED! This drama will forever have a special place in my heart, and I'm really happy that I watched it first. It set my standards really high tho T-T
I remember I opened a random kdrama website to look for this specific kdrama that I saw an edit of (I dont even remember its name anymore lol) but I couldn't find it. Then I saw this drama in the homepage and liked its name so I decided to watch it. Really amazing!!! After that, I think I watched Empress Ki and Dong Yi or smth. Anyways very 🔥
I was so hyped up for this drama before its release, the synopsis sounded great and the actors were just too top notch. Sadly when it started airing, a few epodes in and I quit. The basis of the story itself is really good, I LOVE seeing strong independent women who aren't "damsel in distress" or the "quirky naive innocent" type. Also seeing Dilraba after The Long Ballad made me wait with 🔥. That's why I was really excited. The problem comes with the character writing and production. I feel like many of the scenes with the fl and ml were too cheesy and unrealistic (ik it's a fictional drama but common) and they just didn't bother to do good quality production. The cinematography and lighting were too bad which made it even worse. Usually Im picky on what I watch, whether it's a kdrama, cdrama, or anime: the story and characters have to be well written, and the production has to be high (reason why I don't watch olds dramas, cuz the quality is low lol). Yeah, if the story was great (like LOA) but the characters keep making me uncomfortable and giving me second hand embarrassment then NEVER. The main lead actors are really good tbh, I can never get over The long Ballad by Dilraba, so the problem is how the character is written to be annoying and cheesy. I wish we had something like Li Changge where she was more serious and badass :(
I removed LOA from my mdl watchlists instead of putting it in the drop list, in hopes to pick it up again one day and give it another chance. I don't think that's happening tho

Jk ok I dont want them breaking up whether Hae In lives or not. If they choose the sad ending, Hae In will probably "break up" with ml and have him live his life before she dies so she doesnt tie him up with her illness. I kind of saw that after she told him in this week's episode that "once the time comes, I want you to leave me" and I think she means when she's extremely ill and the symptoms are really bad. But still, it will be very heartbreaking, even more heartbreaking than if she dies while they're still together.
Of course, everyone wants to see a happy ending with the leads remarrying, and I want that too...
MOST IMPORTANTLY... I dont want Eun Seong to commit suicide... it's like him overriding his own crimes and just stopping everything. I want him to suffer in prison, and see his mother get sentenced as well. Then both of them get killed by other prison inmates :>
At this point honestly I wouldn't be so upset if Hae in dies... its closer to reality this way. But I'll probably take weeks to recover from this drama if this happens... and I can't just see Kim Soo Men's sad acting because I was literally crying in all of his sad scenes this drama :( (Ji Won's scenes as well).

Hae in didnt talk to her grandpa about the money. She was genuinely worried for him and just told him to record using the pen if he gets his memory back... basically record whatever he thinks is important and can help him get out of the situation/expose the crazy mistress. I dont think he would give false info to Hae In because he trusts her and she's his fav grandchild. If youre talking about the mistress, then yes, he may have given her false info when she caught him faking his dementia

Yes they most probably will use the recordings where the mistress is screaming at grandpa as evidence which will ultimately put her in prison for the rest of her life. Looking forward for it 🔥🔥

No, she knew that he wasn't in his right mind. That's exactly why she got the pen with her. He basically can hear, see, and talk, but couldn't remember his memories before the heart attack. I'm assuming at the time she came to him, he either still had dementia and didnt really remember her, or he already had his memories back and was testing Hae In to see if she's also crazy about the funds or whatever (explains why he told her something signifying the secret funds before she left).
