Well I wasn’t referring to lack of romance in my post because I didn’t expect mushy romance at all since it’s a revenge drama. It’s just that the plot has too many loopholes, lacks character development & inconsistent overall. It had so much potential at the beginning but turned into a messy train wreck thanks to poor screenplay writing
Since this drama ride has been a total disaster I hope James & Gina reunite for another project with a much better script next time. Their acting skills & chemistry are totally wasted in this crap fest 🤦🏻♀️
Lead couple is definitely stuck in a time loop with no progression thanks to the lazy writers of this show. I’m just frickin tired of watching all this never ending meena jazz. It’s more of a drag fest now 🙄

Ngl I was not planning on watching this initially but gave it a go since it’s on Netflix. ML really stood out somehow. He gives me ji sung, kim seonho kinda vibes in terms of acting
Best thing about this kdrama for me is ML. Not belittling the rest of the cast but this guy’s doing a terrific job. His conviction & portrayal of the character is remarkable!

I ain’t defending her but on a personal level I’ve experienced something similar which makes me believe in a connection between mental health & one’s personality change. My elder sister also lost her hubby suddenly & went through a dark phase… that was a rough time for all of us. Anyways I hope jay’s character also heals & changes positively like my sister did 🙂

Finally caught up with the 4 epis!! I love the lead characters, they’re layered and complexed plus both actors are doing a stellar job. Shoutout to the director & cinematographer. Especially that car chase scene in the pilot epi is nicely done 👏🏻
Back to the lead couple… ohm’s love for mink was pure whereas jay seemed to be in love with the idea of being in love. Jay & pat were pretending & hiding their flaws from each other. She hid her mental health problems while he mold himself to fit her dad’s expectations
Jay is a broken soul who desperately needs healing while ohm is a kind hearted soul who shall become her healer 🤍 their love story will be interesting to watch…

Watching this show for lee joongi and although he’s a treat to watch, the execution of the story looks kinda messy. So far my fav characters are ml & lady grim reaper (female assistant of the main villain). These 2 characters are quite impactful compared to the rest & hope they team up 🥳
