Rewatching this drama and feeling nostalgic all over again. I was born in the early 90s so I lived a life without smartphones and social media and I miss it so badly. I wish I could've lived during the 80s, despite all the bad things from those past decades people were connected to each other, friendships were more authentic. Nowadays we're so disconnected even though we use our phones all the time. Isn't it ironic and sad? 😅
I feel like rewatching this drama that I really loved back in the day. It's my favorite Jung Haein's drama and the chemistry with Son Yejin is incredible. Their relationship feels natural and realistic. I know a lot of people hate her character but I think she's very misunderstood. Everything she does or better, everything she doesn't do is a reflection of all the abuse and control she has endured by her mom, her (ex)boyfriend and also by her male bosses. She hasn't been taught to stand up for herself so she finds that super hard. She loves Junhee with all her heart but she feels undeserving of that love. I think her character is very humane and realistic according to her context. It's frustrating because we want to see her free and brave but in real life that's something that comes with time and lots of practice after many years of abuse. PS I also hate the mom, she is the worst and the main reason Jin-A behaves like that
I LOVED today's episodes. This drama has me hooked! I still haven't forgiven the ML but I know the writers will make me forgive him in the next episodes 😩
PS I also hate the mom, she is the worst and the main reason Jin-A behaves like that
