Wow. For his dramas, i couldnt make myself complete lmlmv. Uts 1&2 only watched once cos im the type who cannot watch something i already know whats gonna happen. Same goes for Filter and GE. Rewatched some episodes while Lyf only the tjc cut.

I stopped at the first 1/3 of the novel so i dont know what happened after that. But i get the feeling they wont let XQS have a good ending because of the number of people/comrades he sacrificed for his motives. I think its a censorship and propaganda issue. Most dramas will whitewash their leads even when they are murderers in the novel version. Its only ok to kill enemies. Having killed his own people, i feel the narrative wont let him off with a He. Hopefully thats not the case.
