Hong Jin Ah is more annoying/delusional than the 2nd FL from Red Shoes 😂
I'm actually really enjoying Jin Ah, like when she sees the pictures of Seo Jun and Dong Ha on his phone and immediately jumps to the conclusion that he must be his dad... Her level of delusional stupidity is hilarious :)
I read somewhere it's about 10 minutes per episode, and around 24 episodes. Not sure exactly how reliable that is, but given that it's a mini web drama, that is pretty consistent.
The Republic of China/Warlord Era was a time of violence and crime and unrest, and add in an evil like Yu Ze doing all those and I would say the ending is definitely appropriate, though sad and heartbreaking. My one pet peeve is actually from the beginning when Ting Yao found Yan'er and instead of point blank asking her if she saw who was responsible for massacring their family she goes on a completely illogical quest for justice which was even further complicated by Tian Yi NOT being honest with her, which made zero sense lol.
Why do people never move out of the way of a moving vehicle headed right towards them?? But I knew it, she wasn't dead! I could never buy into that, Seo Yu Ra was way too smart to be killed off so easily. But way to go Soo Yeon for faking her death. Now we just need her to wake up because I would LOVE to see those two team up to take Chairman Cha down : )
Ugh I knew it wouldn't last. Seo Yu Ra is too smart, and everyone else is too dumb lol
Yeah I remember him, but I'm drawing a blank on whether or not she showed the detectives that arrested Seo Yu Ra...But it's a makjang where the villains don't ALL get their comeuppance until the Very End, so it's not like legal sense "matters", though it should.

I think she got arrested for attempted murder, but since there's no evidence she actually killed him, bail would be set lower maybe.....? Plus I'm not sure we were ever shown Soo Yeon giving the video to the police, right, so maybe she didn't give it to them?
If you enjoy watching makjangs, then maybe? I know that doesn't help, but if you do not like watching dumb characters being dumb and dramatic, and the bad guys winning ALL the TIME, then I wouldn't recommend it. Do I find it worth watching for myself? Yes because for some strange reason I enjoy these kinds of dramas lol I think part of the appeal, for me, is watching them while they're airing so you can be a part of the conversation online and can talk with others about characters, plots, conspiracies, all that fun stuff.
To be honest I was so disappointed in her character because I mean, why would she commit all of these crimes for…
Yeah that is true....it's probably that plus she's always been a little unhinged IMO. By the way, I really like your profile pic, RPM was one of my favorite power rangers seasons : )

I agree to an extent. It makes sense that she went after Soo Yeon's dad, but that she tried to destroy Soo Yeon's life, even after her dad died, when she had been completely innocent...that's what doesn't make sense to me.
It would have been better for Soo Yeon that way instead of getting involved with her then breaking up with her.…
I think the one right way they could have handled this storyline with him being married to Jin Ah would have been to have Dong Ha tell Soo Yeon the real reason why. It hurt to see her just accept it because she's internalized that she's not worth the trouble after everything Jin Woo put her through.

It would have been better if Dong Ha had recorded that conversation with her in the hospital and never once gave in to Jin Ah. Or to have had him marry her in the first place, taking her company shares as part of the marriage deal, and then falling in love with Soo Yeon all the while....now that would have been an angsty storyline, though I'm sure the screenwriters would have still found a way to make it boring and bad LOL
Ugh these characters! Why is Dong Ha caught up with Jin Ah being able to walk, like that in any way affects the plan to marry her? He gets to both protect Soo Yeon AND further his revenge plan. I honestly don't get why they didn't use her obsessive love for him from the get-go.
I really want to finish this Drama but OMG! This has the stupidest FL in all of the Kdramas i've watched!
And that is exactly why I dropped it. I know a lot of people have commented that she's boring and weak and bland, and honestly there are people like that in the world so I can appreciate having a main female lead that isn't the special, fiery, "not like other girls" type, but that doesn't mean she has to be an idiot lol

Please let this be the end of Seo Yu Ra! : )
