is english not your first language? u r getting oddly defensive for no reasonmy comments were very clear, what was unnatural to me was the production/editing and the moroccan assistance. You making it sound like i was bashing the celebrities??? lol more than me, u need to chill and calmly read again

i understand that much, reason why i was disappointed with the outcome of the part time jobs.. they didnt seem to have learnt anything lol nor did they secure some money or utensils or ingredients.. complete rubbish..should v at least introduced what type of ingredients are available in that country, how the locals like to consume them so that the team can plan their menu and run their business successfully..they labeled themselves as entrepreneurs.. but none of the entrepreneur work was done
first episode wasnt what i expected... barely shown them work at the different restaurants they were assigned to.. they seemed more like tourist than field researcher trying to learn from the locals and gather ideas before starting their business.. it might be an editing issue, but either way the end result was so bad....and one of the restaurant owners were just mean what the hell..i understand it might v been a language barrier issue, but i expected from the staff of the hosting country to be more professional and more active with the translation.. or at least pick good and more friendly candidates as restaurants owner ( i liked the food truck guy, he seemed nice)i havent seen the previous seasons so idk the real concept of this show, my expectations were based on Korean variety shows with similar concepts like (jenny s kitchen and such), the korean ones have great story telling, raw presentation of the cast despite being celebrities, and most importantly logical evolution of the script which stimulates the audience 's emotions and reactions
Not to sound over critical, but as someone who knows how similar the chinese and the moroccan cultures are, i was excited to see some passionate tiki taka between the cast and the locals.. sadly the over reserved and self secluded nature of the chinese celebrities along with the terriiiible casting and lack of translation assistance from the moroccan side.. this was indeed a disappointing 1st episode
the best cdrama i v seen in a looooong time.. if u r used to the silly romance and absurd plots, this is not for you, u will b disappointed. This show is more on the realistic genre, the type of tales with more morals and lessons than random adrenalin bursts.. nonetheless, it s still packed with events, if i dare say, way too many events. If u watch this show, dont rush it. Take your time to understand the background stories if each character, try to see the plot through each ones lense, u ll b entertained.
