Hello everyone, sorry I was caught up with work and couldn’t be online these past few days. But since Baobei’s drama is about to air, I’m going to follow it consistently. Let’s have fun watching her new drama together (which we waited for so long).

PS People here (my fellow alices haha.. trust me there are so many of them) are super hyped for Baobei’s new drama.

Exactly and it's the matter between the concerned parties so it's upto them to handle. If the crew at fault they'll definitely get their punishment be it fine or apology.

So this will be my final response to you, and I think I may have sent too many replies, which might’ve caused some points to be overlooked:

First – according to the weibo, the crew had obtained official permission from the authorities to use sensitive data, including images and similar material. However, I’m not sure if that permission extends to images sourced from the public domain or not.

Second – I'm not familiar with chinese cyber laws and regulations, so I can't confirm whether using such images is legally permitted or not (in china).

Third – I clearly mentioned that if the crew made a mistake, it’s up to them and the concerned parties to handle it. People have already reported the matter to hybe, so let them deal with it.

Fourth – I still stand by my statement that using that particular idol's image was neither intentional nor meant to be disrespectful to the idol. It seems to have been an oversight by the crew, and such mistakes do happen.

Fifth – Yes, I’m a die-hard Dilraba fan and can defend her for almost everything, but in this case, she’s not involved in any way, so there’s no reason for me to defend her here.

Lastly, as someone who works in advertising and marketing, I know that teams often source materials in certain ways. So my guess is the crew may have used that image unintentionally.

I think I’ve already made my stance quite clear. Speaking logically doesn’t mean disregarding basic morals or other people's rights. Once again, I suggest letting the concerned parties handle the matter themselves, us arguing and blaming each other here won’t change anything. And if someone is truly at fault, they will be held accountable according to the law, that’s exactly why laws exist, right?

As i mentioned I'm not aware of the Chinese laws and regulations. I don't know what their cyber policies are. But if you'll keep trying to bend it in a certain way then i won't waste my time arguing with you.
All i said that it might have overlooked by the crew and that they didn't mean to intentionally harm or disrespect the idol. I sometimes don't get why kpop fans are hella protective of their idols. Also how is the photo misused in a certain way many of us didn't even noticethe image and i still don't know at what episode they used the image. But if you still want to make it big then it's your call because all i want is to peacefully finish the drama. And yeah if it somehow breached the law then they'll get accountable and might get sued.

Well i don't live in china so i don't know their law and regulations. But i did read that the crew had permission to post real stuff. That's what i mentioned in the reply and about using the pictures as a profile image and such was just an example which i kind of used to explain my point.

I tried to play ep.3 also skipped to certain parts and it is still working for me

Yeah, i was a little sensitive when i posted this comment. I kind of fought with other fandom as they mentioned that tencent rigged the data and such and also the haters were giving 1star to her drama on douban so i kind of mentioned that here. But to be honest it doesn't bother me now because i believe in baba and her ability and since I'm actively following the drama and her progress it made me proud even more.

Haven't you read that all the materials, the information they used in the drama are all real registered cases. They i think used some pictures as a filler and as i mentioned if using a picture really a copyright issue then me you and everyone else using the celebrity as their profile picture should held accountable.

Downloading a picture isn't illegal but using it for certain purposes is. I don't know if you are aware but many people used to upload a random girls image as their facebook profile picture randomly downloaded from the internet and their might be people at the present doing the same, so i don't think it is completely illegal.

As i mentioned it might have overlooked by the crew they didn't mean to disrespect the idol and such. To create a work there's a time limit, many things to consider like budget, schedule and such, it is a difficult and tiring process. And they might have not known that the picture belonged to certain idol. Nowadays if you search for a certain type of picture you get millions of the images how are you going to remember who is who.

It's working fine for me. I completed the drama till ep 8 and haven't faced any technical glitch
