So far I like the story but somewhat lacking. I love the plots. What I find lacking is how the ML do not communicate well with FL. like example, the concubine, the father, and many other things. What I really felt emotional is when the father returns from Lizhou being a prisoner. I cried honestly, because If you think about it. He was gone for 5 yrs, so FL felt awkward and emotional after that, she got married and he went to the dam, and then he suddenly got jailed and presumably killed. But still the communication of our CP is what I hate in cdramas, it gets draggy and boring and unnecessary, but this trope here in the drama is unreasonable compare to the others. But again, I still like the drama and the plot. I dont hate the FL acting, she portrays her character well IMO, being graceful and noblest lady in the capital. Shes you g so theres room for improvement, but she is not bad. Also, SWL acting is improving its just that I hope he gets script like great story or powerful something. So far so good, so I wanna ask if theres a novel? And if there is, what happen at the end?
