Season 2 definitely gave me mixed feelings. Nanno was doing what she had always done, give people Karma and make them feel that they had been treating others. But, with of Yuri becoming Nannos species(?) really made the show turn around. Yuri was really doing too much and was straight up torturing people instead of making them feel how they were treating others, like Nanno was doing.
On a side note tho, I thought Kittys acting improved soooo much in season 2 and she really portrayed the emotions of Nanno so beautifully, especially in the JennieX episode.
