Mix is going to be on Based on 2 Stories for OFDO with Khaotung (for Cat for Cash) tomorrow and now I'm certain OFDO must have been pushed back because this is the first ep out of 6 that they've had where one of the actor's series wasn't airing

That's the date of Earth and Mix's event at the book fair (as well as Aou and Boom's), so Mix's original tweet is likely about that. And I think the OFDO account is promoting the events? Hopefully because they're ramping up for the trailer soon

13+ was the rating for the TV broadcast, so, yeah, maybe there cuts to the version that aired on TV? Like, they cut most of Mek and Dech's first kiss from the broadcast version of Memoir of Rati, so I can't imagine there weren't any cuts in Only Friends lol

It was! If you go to the first episode on YouTube, you'll see the rating card title comes up right at the beginning and it says 13+. Almost all GMMTV series are 13+ so they can air at 8:30pm, otherwise it would have to air much later. They probably cut some parts for broadcast, or something

OFDO probably won't even be 18+. That's my guess, anyway, based on past series because no GMMTV show, as far as I know, is rated 18+. The first series was 13+. Things could change, though
