Yeah, in you are my glory the ml also feel insecure about himself because his situation and FL wealth and status as a big actress.. But, he never trying to hurt herrr, just one day when he felt that he can't overcome his insecurities, he told her that he couldn't be with her and they are really different. Although that's not ideal, but he is sincere and polite. At least he knows that she can have a better option and never belittle her just because she is more than him. But, in this drama, the SML never give FL a proper response and belittle her....so I get why the two of them really couldn't be together.

I can sympathize with SML, as insecurity is human nature. However, the way he handled it by hurting others was also wrong. Especially since that person really liked him

If there are no novels, then I like to read reviews (if the drama has already ended). However, I decided not to read the novel for this drama and only watched some excerpts of the novel because I'm not really interested in novels that discuss a lot of SML parts (they say so), and after I watched the drama, it was quite interesting. Although the SML parts are still quite a lot, but I can still tolerate it or I can skip it if I'm lazy to watch it.

I'm not interested in SML, but I think he would he much screentime on the future episodes because we could see they already give his working life story that doesn't relate to FL that much......He even got another admirer. At this point,I kind of suspect that this is actually a story that shows the point of view of when SML (lys) was ultimately chosen by FL (nxg) because she is realistic and not the type of FL who will always be single and wait for ML (zx)

I get you, that's also happen between me and my friends. I told them about people I like, and I used to like. Because I believe in them. They also do the same. Of course not all of things can be shared.
