He helped the driver first (someone he knew?) losing valuable time to save the life of the wee boy. Or, faced with two people needing urgent help, he panicked and spent time prevaricating.
This episode was so good, though. Very personal and focused on Taehee. So touching how he cared for a kid that…
Given everything that happened in the episode I too am surprised about all the drivel about the ex. But if you live, vicarously of course, for 'romance' to the exclusion of all other human experience . . .
Please don't force the pairing on us when it's just not there. Thank you.
I agree. I don't know why Korean dramas feel the need to have a - often chemistry-free - romantic pairing in almost every single drama, however ill-fitting to the rest of the story. It makes me worry about the state of Korean/international womanhood that they can't enjoy something unless it contains unconvincing simpering and a Big White Wedding.
ML + FL scenes 80% ML + SFL scrnes 15% ML + Grand Ma's scenes 5%What's the point making all the fake grand son,…
They're cousins (legal in some parts of the world) not siblings, but as far as she is concerned he is her (a) first cousin, illegal in Korea and (b) married so I agree there can't be romantic/sexual chemistry. But unless you come from a weird cult, romantic/sexual chemistry isn't all there is to life.
Does "She has a particularly strong libido" mean that this 30/40-something woman does not simper or screech like an unusually naive teenager whenever a male of the species hoves into view?
Also, the director's work is excellent.
Not so sure about the writer. MLFTS and LOTBS are among my least favourite dramas - enough cheese to stock a French delicatessen.
