Why? It was an expected open ending. There were talks for S2 for quite some time. But even before that, the ending was perfect! Come on, they literally confessed to each other without saying it.

I'll try to sum it up for you, even though I'm not very good with English words: A boy meets boy, in a society, where being gay in not accepted. They don't know that! Boy falls for another boy but their family arrangements, obviously don't allow them to pursue their feelings.
Both boys struggle to express their feelings because even adult teachers don't commit to it. Boys kissed out of a joke twice. There's that!
I swear, MDL sometimes brings the worst out me and I hate it. WHY TF are you watching 12 episodes of a series you don't like? Your therapists should have told you by know that this is called masochism. How hard is to let people who enjoyed it have their fun without all the nasty and shitty comments? We got it!
