You know, I'm as bitter as you when I work. I call out assholes all the time, it's part of my job actually. But at some point I figured it out that it's not healthy. I think I told you the same thing under the OF comments: BLs are meant to make you relax, chill, literally forget the presence. if they make you so uptight, I really suggest that you switch to a more comfortable genre.
