Hun, I'll comment on this as a bystander and I hope you'll forgive me for this, Health workers pretty much everywhere in the world and understaffed, underappreciated and underpaid, at least in my opinion, Having a family member coming to help out, weather it's a Thai BL sponge bath or whatever, looks like an ok thing to me. Also, having your loved ones close to you is another story, which we'll probably discuss under the Sign series.
