Zhang Suan and Ling Er met the bandits in the mountain and the bandit said that Songhe city was already frozen (because of Hong Lian) but how come ML and FL live in the Songhe for at least 5 years now? And how come Zhang Suan and Ling Er took 5 years to descend the mountain without having found them? They should have reached the city by now, right? Is it her plan for him to relive the past in a created city or something? Is Songhe city they're living in now not the real city or did they went back 500 years ago?
