This drama made me have the biggest fattest crush on him.

EXACTLYYYY! She feels safe with Sang Yan and thats a notable character development trait too. Her falling asleep on the couch with him without locking the door like she always has before, her being able to freely express her feelings and emotions in front of him without being judged or criticized, ah its all so beautiful.

I’ve definitely noticed! its such a stark contrast to how he was in the beginning. During my rewatch its so noticeable, he was so much more quiet, cold and almost mysterious, he dressed in nothing but black from head to toe which I feel like shows us how her leaving turned his world dark. Now that they’re getting closer again, his world is becoming more colorful, hers too.

I love the character development, as Sang Yan gets closer to Wen Yifan hes starting to dress in more color and hes starting to tease her MUCH more, hes starting to act like he did in High School again 🥹🤗

REALLLLL! I am definitely gonna be rewatching it a million times, like Hidden Love it will become a comfort drama for me and its just so freaking good that I won’t be able to get over it or Sang Yan and Wen Yifan for a whileee! this drama very quickly became one of my top faves.

same and i fear thats gonna extend even when the drama is over. they’re gonna send me into a slump 😭

It definitely won't be that long cause theres a very important arc in the latter half of the novel that wont be covered in just 4 episodes lol we'll likely see them get together this week if we get 2 episodes again.

There is no love triangle or third wheel. She does not care about him at all and consistently tries to push him away, hes just not getting the hint. Hes the same way in the novel and he finally backs off when shes dating Sang Yan, if i’m not mistaken maybe a little earlier than that I can’t remember fully but I know he does back off.

He eventually backs off and asks her if shes with Sang Yan which pretty much ends the pursuing on his side but he’ll likely be around until they officially start dating.

i think some of it has to do woith his style, his hair and his confidence in this drama. like hes just oozing with sexy playing this character 😭

thats my take too. her ptsd and trauma might make her avoidant to conflict. she might not want to ruffle any feathers cause shes never been treated very well by people when she has spoken up 😟
