I am struggling like you too. Finished all 6 eps yesterday but I still don't feel the chemistry between the leads. Deng Wei is good at acting no doubt but I cannot connect with the FL acting yet. Think reason is I am not familiar with the FL actress but even so...I am just not feeling it. Like you said, I hope it does get better for us, I am still gonna continue watching, give it time but if it still doesn't that's the time I am considering dropping. Though gotta say this is one of my most anticipated cdrama for 2025.
