as long as i know, he had knee injury when he was in middle (or high?) school. he said that in one of his interview years ago.

this is an info i got. every time he got drama casting offer, he and his agency would tell the production company about his situation first (that he was waiting for enlistment call). a company even had no choice to withdraw the offer after hearing his situation. all the companies who produce his drama in these past three years really took the risk to cast him as the actor of their production.
