When the main leads Jiaxu and zhizhi started dating , both of them are strong towards each other and Zhi is even more protective towards Jiaxu not even her brother can bully Jiaxu LOL.... the only misunderstanding was when Zhi was still a little girl like in Highschool, she thought that Jiaxu found a GF and broke his promise with her which is to introduce his GF to her first...(the airport scenes) that was quite touching but it made Zhi a mature person for her age when she accepted to move on without Jiaxu , but at least until the next time they meet which is during her studies at the University.

or vice versa great director but poor scripting or story... both must work together in order to produce great drama :)

I dont think he ever look at the entire sketch book but at the end Zhizhi revealed their love story comic sketch during her university drawing competition awarding ceremony 💕

I agree not only the director, that's because the novel writer as well is a well known writer and made good scripts for cdrama before.

I actually feel the same way, I'm not biased as I dont have any ML fave for Lusi , I thought LLTG was D'Male Lead for her but this CZY is definitly the new heartthrob and stole that crown among the young actors ; CZY is quite perfect for Lusi's unpredictable & wholesome romcom drama character, and you can feel their confidence in kissing scenes ,makes you think they're both in a "relationship" for real LOL , you can see it also both off & on camera , their love chemistry is easily connected and overflowing in this drama ... 🔥🔥

I guess this person got a dirty mind herself and doesn't understand the meaning of pedophile, ML is as innocent young boy as he looks in in this drama and is treating SZ like a little sister in the first few episodes and yet you think he's lusty? Seriously??? and DJX is not supposed to look like a man in love in the beginning of the episodes!! because DJX is only treating SZ in the first few episodes like his own sister ,tutoring her and helping her with studies... DJX is not even in love with SZ until later in the episode like 10 or so? If you cant understand HL then this is not your movie type, only for mature mind audience ...Sorry your comment is quite offensive I'm not even a fan of CZY but in fairness CZY (ML) is actually perfect for this role with his innocent boyish look plus his great chemistry with Lusi (FL) esp. when he started to realize he's falling in love in the later episodes i.e dating & kissing scenes, if you can't see the brilliance acting of this ML in HL , then majority of the viewers who gave it a two thumbs up won't agree with you...
