as a member of the queer community I am allowed to call out problematic behavior that some people have exhibited. No, not all BL fans are fetishizers but i’m not referring to them. I’m referring to the people who are saying weird shit about the actors & that they want them to kiss or else they’re not watching their series. And yes, telling 2 men that they need to kiss in order to fulfill some weird fantasy you have IS fetishization.

spare me. I’m not “overusing” the term. I’m calling out the problematic people who DO feel sexual gratification from seeing 2 men kiss same as I do when straight men want to see lesbians kiss.

After watching episode 6 i’m sorry to say but this series could really use a new team of editors, producers, & directors who actually went to film school & know how to properly film, edit, & produce a series so it makes sense to their viewers. The actors are doing great but bc the behind-the-scene people are incompetent they’re quickly turning this into a confusing mess. I’m gonna keep watching bc of August but I just hope it gets better :/

I loved him in Why Her SO MUCH & that was kind of a similar role so I think he'll do great
