i liked it and it was an enjoyable watch these past few days:) someone in the comments said that once you get used to the choppy style of filming it's good and i agree. i feel like instead of 13, 12 episodes could do the job. when you look at dramas that have 16 or more episodes, usually they should've ended a few episodes before, so i don't find fault with number of episodes in genie make a wish. we all agree that suzy is so pretty and kbw is getting hotter with age. ps steve noh's face was so pleasant to look at.
i soooo can't wait for this. one of my most anticipated dramas, i don't like to spoil the drama by reading the webtoon but couldn't help myself. casting is perfect. kyd has that psycho look that i like :) one of my faves
what to say what to saaaay..... na in woo is so charming. there's something about his eyes and the way they convey emotions. after watching mr queen and seeing him as kim byeong in, i decided to watch marry my husband. i liked it! i feel sorry for the actress of soo min, besides great ANNOYING acting, that this was the role that i will remember her for :D overall a good watch, eps 12-15 are a bit slow-paced in some parts but nothing that is not solvable lol
i still don't get why seo yeon chose in ji as jeong won's contract wife - she pointed to that past incident where…
i feel like seo yeon made sure she was the only one for jeong won. we see that she loves to be in control and in possesion of someone's will completely (guilt-tripping and enabling substances for jeong won for example). since they met when they were kids, just imagine what all the years till college did to her lol. i think in the last episode we get throwback video but from inji's POV and actually jeong won is looking at her while being pictured in his yearbook. i agree that inji pissed seo yeon with the slippers but for jeong won to lock eyes and connect with another person that is not seo yeon is unacceptable for her.
i just finished this drama and i like it! based on a lot of comments, i started this 8-episode-journey with a pretense that episodes will drag out and that the plot is not quite connected to the genres or the drama's name. was i suprised... not only that i didn't notice the hours passing by but the sun rising (it was supposed to be an 1 episode kinda night :D). i finished it fully in one sitting with full attention. i really don't understand why people didn't love it, some skipped through the wonderful cinematic moments or didn't get the gist of it.... i hope you will give it a chance and watch it through a different lens - it's not a traditional drama and it has some dark moments but they are done wonderfully. the way that the story is unraveling is engaging your brain to think which i did like. on that note, i could get why it was confusing for some. beautiful, beautiful directing and aesthetically pleasing. i did not mind nor did i assume that the whole story will be about the trunk or the NM - at the end it all tied together and it did not have any loose ends (i am a sucker for details so of course i would nitpick about that :D). also the drama's name is not misleading as i saw some comments on here and instagram about that... also the acting is superb! i want to keep this comment spoiler free so the only thing i'm going to say about the ending is that it could've been more satisfactory only in one area.
