OMG! They spend money on this one. Ghosts are so good. For now the story is good.enough Excitement and horror. I hope they keep it this way till the end

I know what your point is, but let me give you another example,
In Game of thrones we have jimmy Lannister, who is nearly killing a child to save his relationship with his sister, At first everybody hated him, Then when the story continued, His character changed, and he became a better person, a lot if people started loving him.
That' s the difference between real life and fiction, In real life you cant forgive people easily, but in fantasy world, you can choose wether like or dislike people
I have read the novel too. In some chapters Chi and Woo are both horrible persons, they torture people, have violence sexual habit and etc, but I enjoyed the novel too, because They both changed and also the novel is so funny, you can ignore some part and enjoy it.
That's what we are doing
But in real life you can be sure nobody tolerate that kind of behavior
