I know this is unrealistic that's why i said "i know its just a drama" but if we removed the parts that makes her a fictional character some workplaces needs you to be that smart and witty despite being cold or friendly that's up to people as long as you are respectful to those who deserve the respect. otherwise in the drama i think you are turning a blind eye to the acts that lead her to do that with vice president and head of HR who are also getting away without punishment

I know this is just a drama but the way her personality is so good and smart in workplace needs to be studied i could never. she is acting friendly to get closer to sus people but she knows when to be firm and draw the line, she use humor but also in a very smart way to get things done or to put some people at their place so they don't cross her lines. really interesting character.
