if ur IP adress actually is banned i think there's nothing u can do, but the chance to get ur ip banned is almost zero so i think something just bugged. Have u tried using other devices? for example phone

maybe something's wrong with your ip adress, if nothing works there is a possibility that kisskh admin banned your IP and u wont be able to access the site
