Title Start-Up
There is no character growth at all in this show. I frankly don't know why its score is 8. Poor HJP is so mistreated…
What?? Nam Do-san is a great example of a character who grows a lot throughout the series. In the beginning he was insecure and immature, and the show actually demonstrates his change. And in my opinion, the plot isn’t “nonsense” at all, it was actually pretty obvious.

Oh, the one out of 30 dramas where it's FL who does the romantic effort. Sure, please change it for yet another…

Maybe I’m the only one who felt the animation was so ugly and exaggerated. Sorry, but I couldn’t even finish the movie because of it. But the songs are great.

I can’t shake the feeling that this drama is like an older sibling to 25,21.

This drama was really decent, I genuinely had a great time watching it. How are so many people hating on it?

I want to watch this again so badly, but I don’t have the courage, it’s so emotionally heavy, yet so beautiful. I just can’t.

The romance between the protagonists is the best thing about this drama for me, and he really deserved so much…
Ok. Putting myself in his shoes, I think I’d have done the same thing he did. I also understand her side in that situation and the reason why she decided to end things, but I think I related more to him in that case. I’m only saying this because I find it really unfair when people reduce the breakup to “he chose his job,” ignoring all the context they were both in. It’s much deeper than that.

It’s Na Hee-do, not Kim Tae-ri lol, but anyway, he didn’t choose work, what many people don’t understand is that he needed that job. That’s very different. The guy was exhausted, he was just trying to survive in the middle of all that disaster happening right in front of him. And the fact that he had a hard time sharing his pain was something she already knew about him. It was also obvious that in the middle of that whole situation in New York, he’d get even worse. It wasn’t some cold decision of “I chose work” he was working out of love for his family. He was hanging by a thread. Life’s not easy.

it would be the best drama of all time if they didn’t include romance, still good tho… I actually like that…
The romance between the protagonists is the best thing about this drama for me, and he really deserved so much better too. This guy went through a lot since the beginning of the series, and even more while he was in New York. She couldn’t be there for him at that moment, and he couldn’t be there for her either, he was literally depressed, carrying the pressure of being his family’s savior at such a young age. It’s obvious that after going through all the consequences of that crisis, he would treat his job the way he did. They were both hurting while being together; it wasn’t just her who was suffering.

It's so cringe, but I can't stop watching it, and the opening song is so good ahh it's been stuck in my head all day.

First time watching it
Lucky you, this series is a masterpiece. I’ve watched it seven times and wish I could see it for the first time again 💔
