Here's my theory...
Remember how **Gu** was on the bridge? In Chinese culture, bridges are often associated with the passage to the afterlife.
So maybe she never actually left the bridge. Instead, she met **Shen's** soul there.
If that's the case, Shen might have been in a state between life and death—that would explain how they could meet on a bridge that's symbolically connected to the afterlife.
Maybe Gu merged her soul with Shen's at that moment, and because Shen wasn't completely gone yet, the merged soul was able to return to the world of the living.
Just a theory though... I might be completely wrong. 😂
what’s wrong with the director I haven’t really watched any of his dramas
Well, he's definitely a good director, but I've watched **three of his dramas**, and I'm currently watching his latest one that's airing too.
One thing I've consistently noticed is that he tends to cut scenes rather abruptly. It happened in his previous dramas, and in his current one, the first two episodes felt especially rough in terms of editing.
I really hope he doesn't make the same mistakes with this drama.
Because the leads are good in delivering absolutely phenomenal performance, and acting of this caliber deserves a director with the vision to let those moments breathe and truly shine.
Because apparently the drama gods collectively decided this would be **"Drama Drop Week."** 😭
I already have **three other dramas** to catch up on, and to make matters worse, the drama lords looked at my schedule and said, *"Nah, give them even more."*
This is my **first drama of He Yu** and technically my **second drama of MZY**.
The first MZY drama I watched was **TPG**, but I dropped it midway because... let's just say it was a disaster. 💀 So honestly, this feels like my *real* first MZY drama.
**He Yu**, congratulations—you've officially earned a spot on my favorites list. I'll definitely be checking out your other dramas after this.
