absolutely this is exactly what I'm thinking, the ideas fun to have a bit of a two-way show but I don't think they executed this right at all. In this case they should've 100% shortened it down to be enjoyable

it actually is and when Im skipping those scenes I'm practically skipping half of the actual episode sadly so it's even more annoying.

Same here, in the first 2 episodes the focus was mainly Between Zhen Xin and Zhang zhun, but in the latest 3 episodes…
exactly!! and it doesn't feel like the story script is actually adding anything really important, I've also ended up skipping pretty much most of the recent's scenes because of that. They better start shifting the focus or I might end up dropping it with you aha.

did not like it at all it was very boring, had to watch it on 2x speed as soon as I got half way. The 'acting' was also way too over exaggerated, usually I like the over exaggerated acting in Japanese shows and movies this one was just too bad.
