1. In episode 1 did Sunjae really commit suicide or was he killed? The doorbell was ringing back then too, but…
1. It was always murder. If you notice, even in episode one, Sol ends up bumping into someone after the concert and we later find that it's Kim Youngsoo. Since Sunjae followed her after their meeting on the bridge, Youngsoo could easily follow after him, too, like he did on episode 8. The one where he was stabbed also showed that he carried chloroform with him to incapacitate Sunjae. Since it's easier for him to attack a drunk OG Sunjae in episode one, he just pushed him off the building.
2. I think she only spent the same time she did in the first slip since the scene of her moving away showed Sunjae still having the brace on his shoulder. She chose that time so OG Sol would not come across him in anyway possible for him to fall in love by accident.
3. I don't think he's part of the band, either. Sunjae joined since Sol like Taesung who was part of the band. Without Sol, he has no reason to write songs or perform in a band. I do think his closeness with Inhyuk influenced him to do music on the side, though.
4. I think it's just another foreshadowing of Soljae being married? She probably knew that Sunjae's fate was to be Sol's husband. I read that 'seobang' also means son in law. I do think she might be time travelling, too. 🤔 We need the writer to clear that one up.
Salon Drip episode has finally reached 5 million views with *47k comments (95% being k-netz who've camped there)!
Fans have also noticed that there was a part in the show where they asked Wooseok to scoot over because one angle had his back facing the camera. They even tried to arrange the chairs back in position. But a few minutes later, he's back to only facing Hyeyoon and the only thing you could see is his side profile. 😂 One of them also said that he didn't come there for the interview, he came there to stare at Hyeyoon and talk to her with the camera on. HAHAHAHA.
I honestly think that some people tend to overlook the female leads' struggle just because they made the men sad. I hope you look at her perspective since we're watching the show through her lens.
Think about how much trauma she has to go through just to save him, hoping the last one would change his fate. Think about her efforts and how it seems to not keep working because the guy she loves always end up meeting the same man that wanted to kill her years ago. That fate always wants to take Sunjae away from her when she's so close to saving him. Bear in mind the frustrations she's going through and realize that she's trying her best with what she has. If Sunjae already has death looming on his shoulder, what about the other people she cherishes? It's her last timeslip. She can't risk anymore failure. If she fails this time, there's no going back... unless some kind of miracle is bestowed upon her.
If you continue to see her as an annoying FL that you think she is, you do not see her as a person with valid flaws. The story is about mutual redemption and how much you could give up to save the person you love. If Sunjae can sacrifice his life for her, so will she. Her love is selfless.
I've been trying to ignore the desire to write a fanfiction about Lovely Runner. It's getting harder everyday because I miss them way too much. 😵💫 I haven't written anything in so long.
One moment that came up to me is during TS and his dad's convo. TS's dad said that it was better for him to die…
He really didn't know what he did that time. He's even more surprised with the way they thanked him profusely. Doesn't understand that they owe everything to him at that point. 🥺
Some details I noted in Episode 16:1. Isn't it poetic that the psycho died and Sunjae regained his memories on…
One moment that came up to me is during TS and his dad's convo. TS's dad said that it was better for him to die than have him kill someone else; and next thing you know, TS looks down at his hands and finds a picture of Sunjae on the coffee can his father handed him— the same person that the killer keeps hunting.
They were so smart with those little details, I'm so astounded everytime.
I'm on episode 6, and I'm starting to feel bad for Taesung TT if I were in his shoes. My girlfriend is also with…
We have to remember that Taesung only asked Sol out just to get rid of Gahyun— it's also by chance that it was teen Sol that said yes to him. If I found my older self being used as a shield for a guy I thought was turning out to be decent, I'd hold a bit of grudge, too. You don't have to worry, though! They'd be closer as they age!
Is SJ back in Eclipse after Sol erased herself from his memories? Or did he retire like he wanted to in ep 1?…
I feel like Eclipse' debut is a fixed/permanent fate in the drama. Maybe Sunjae still sang for them that's why they got casted by the company; and since they all are under the same company under Mr. Kim, he usually helps when it came to song writing since he has in own piano at home and has his own concert? Sonagi never got to exist, but he still helped with the other songs from the OG timeline.
Now that I think about it, Taesung never really (seriously) thought about Sunjae being a love rival when it comes to Sol. He actually found Sunjae funny and cute because teasing him seems much more fun and Sunjae's reaction to it just pleases him so. Between them, he acts far more mature, considering that Sunjae's the one that has one sided beef with him and the one that stirs up the drama. 😭 It really makes you appreciate this "love triangle" dynamic they have. I say it's pretty rare in kdrama that I ate it up when the three of them are in the same scene (with Hyunju or Inhyuk as a bonus).
