the manhwa has a happy ending, not in terms of romance tho because there isn’t explicitly a romance between them two, they’re just ‘very very close friends’. tbh i think that’s only because the manga was released on an ‘official’ korean platform, so they couldn’t make it explicitly gl. the kdrama, judging from the teasers, definitely seems to dive into a more romantic attraction explicitly between the two but ig only time can tell
