in the novel the DG forsaw his death and wanted to change the outcome. That's why he allowed LSS to go back. As for the ancient DG this is not in the novel as far as I can remember. I'm curious to see how it all ties together.

in the novel all the demons love him and LSS. He is their king and they love him and his daughter. We probably won't see that in the drama but in the novel it's all such a happy end for him.

That reminds me of the 1st episode when he was chasing LSS and he said "it's her". He already knew her plans which explains why he didn't try to stop her from leaving. Now I'm wondering once TTJ and devil god merges if their consciousness blends or if TTJ will override DG.

i thought that too but then i noticed that today's episodes were an hour long each. I know that's only7 minutes more but I'm wondering if the episodes are gonna get longer....they're usually only 53 minutes. Who knows though!
