Thanks for this. I agree. I was feeling somewhat bad for him in the beginning bc I had thought that he was finally letting go of his arrogance. It wasn’t until his reaction to XZ that I realized he never changed. You’re so on point about the fact that he lives with victim complex. He’s the type that would have turned into a treacherous official if it would benefit him.

Honestly I was just thinking the same thing. I don’t mind spoilers but I don’t want spoilers for leaked episodes. I noticed a few people posting without spoiler tags. ATP I’m gonna have to stay off MDL and all social media which is frustrating.

I wonder the same thing. It sucks that there are shady people out there that will do things like this and ruin the hard work of others.

Agreed. Unless the official platforms decide to release them all early, I refuse to watch anything that undermines the hard work of the cast and crew. I’ll stick to the original calendar.

This is so frustrating. I understand we all want the episodes to drop now but waiting just a few more days would have been fine. It’s such a slap in the face to the crew and actors who put so much effort into their craft just because people are impatient.

In the novel he breaks up with her, but realizes he can’t stand not being with her so he asks for the 108 lashes to “pay for his sins” to be with her. In the drama I think it will be different. According to the clips and previews I’ve seen I don’t think they break up per se. I think she tries to distance herself bc she is the daughter of the supposed traitor that caused his father’s death. But it looks like he already knew who she was and didn’t care. I like this version so much more than the novel.

Absolutely. When she discovers his identity she wants to grow in ranks so she can be with him honorably. That’s why I love them as a couple. They argue and misunderstand but it always clears up immediately.

The main male lead was drugged later on and the FL took care of him willingly. 😁
