If you are a BL fan don't watch Thai lakorns and gmm lakorn-ish series like Roop Thong with Toy. Such series are full of unpalatable forgiveness and ??? conclusion for the characters that suffered a hell in the storyline. In Roop Thong the gay guys were treated like trash by the villain until one of them get murdered and the other becomes a monk LMAO

To be honest I was really expecting a bigger ending for the central characters. The story development was getting higher and higher in relation of plots, evilness, "where will be the villain's limit"... Matt, Tim, Mim, Tan, Pitch's das, Giwi's mom.... there are several persons who did a lot of bad things and did not get their clapback in the story conclusion. Also, I think they should give Pitch's mom more screentime and space in the storyline. It's not right but it's ok... However, the series was pretty good overall. Jojo my primetime king and Namtan my thai Meryl in the making.

This was a really good series. Good writing and acting. The most perfect and hurtful thing is: this was a realistic af ending. I'm sobbing, angry, happy, idk.... but for me it will be in the golden list with Happy Birthday.

I understand Your point but I cannot understand the critiques about The Player. The directing is good, the acting of all the main actors is good...... Everyone in this series is a bad person and people are not understanding this matter. From Eve's stepdad to Joss' dog, everyone have a bad side which the writers and director are portraying in a perfect way. Besides the cliche of Bad Buddy, you cannot see the full character development and evil deep layers that the writers and director are showing on The Player. Even Mek that people below called "an actor who is trying to saving his career". Mek's character is a snake person. He's showing a really good villain. And also everyone in the cast who is portraying a person whom are not a perfect person.

People here are annoying af. They want every single show with 1000%perfect Human beings in a world full of trashy people. This show is really good (until now) from acting to storyline. You can see the difference with Bad Buddy page. 2 good actors (in a world of 10+) in a 300% cliche storyline but it's "series of the year" for a thousand of users.
