I should be the last person you ask. But since no one answered you, here is what I know. Basically, years ago, zzh attended his friend's wedding, whose spouse was a Japanese person and this is a taboo in china because of the history that they have with japan. Now some chinese are accusing zzh of being china's enemy and asking him to apologise, which he did. Also 26 of the brands that he worked with have terminated their contract with him.
Why? What happened? Do you mean the issue about zzh ?
Be sure that they are aware of it. Even if the chance of WOH's success was small, everyone knows that hyx is gonna be big. I hope that no serious issue happens but I'm sure that lyx has considered them.
