I swear if you read the Princess Gambit and decided to watch the drama you will cry. Meng Ziyi could not even do justice the fl and Helas the Ml from the novel was reduced to a begger for love. 😭😭😭.

I have not read the novel yet but I know the writer other novels and how her mls are. I read other of her novels.The actor is pretty looking like a girl and a child. He was in Wulian and painted skin by Guo jing ming. He was okish but lets be honest this drama will not be a hit just basic idol dramas nobody would care about unless the Fl is a known. and even if that ys that case. I doubt this actor can portray the ml perfectly.
Huo minghao portray of the ml in Love in thr cloud was very different to the characters in the book. so I have no hope when actors used to portay the writer ml are are flower boys.
I intend to start in the next 2 weeks as I am finishing another Chinese novel.
