Why is the rating not going higher?? š Edge of Horizon is genuinely a 10/10 series for me and honestly, if you have REAL taste, you know. š
People are giving 9+ ratings to the cringiest, most unrealistic series where some actors can barely act, while sleeping on a series where EVERYTHING comes together...the writing, acting, cinematography, characters, storyā¦ everything. As a BL sucker, Iāve genuinely never watched anything like this before, not even in straight dramas. I rarely get this emotionally invested in a series, but this one has had me completely in a chokehold.
Sorry, Iām just frustrated š btw why do I have this horrible feeling that someone is going to die in the last episode?? PLEASE, Iām begging you, give us a happy ending. Iāve spent almost two and a half months crying every Saturday because of these men. šš
And now that the final episode is almost hereā¦ I already know Iām going to miss this series so damn much. Some stories are just watched, some are loved, and some quietly become a part of you. The Edge of Horizon is definitely the last one for me. š„¹

I know a lot of viewers probably only see the story through the lens of romance, but this series is so much more than just who loves whom. Thereās history, politics, duty, freedom, class, sacrifice, and two people who are desperately trying to hold onto each other while carrying burdens much bigger than their own relationship.
Honestly, watching a series is supposed to be something I do to relax, but somehow the fandom is raising my blood pressure more than the actual plot š. Iām just glad there are still people who understand that everyoneās feelings are valid and that the characters are more complicated than āgoodā or ābad.ā
Todayās episode kinda made me feel calmā¦ yes, I cried every time they cried š but Tinn is slowly starting to understand the country beyond his royal life and fighting for himself. Phob, omg, my poor manā¦ it feels like heās lost everything...his love and his beliefs. At least Phob and Tinn arenāt ignoring each other; theyāre still talking and sharing their problems with each other. Iām scared for the next episode š Please, just let my man Phob live in the end.

Iām not a PondPhuwin fan or hater. I watched Me and Thee because it was getting popular. When I started watching it, Peach and Me had already been released, so I binge watched them all. Tbh, theyāre not really my taste, but I have a rule if I start something, Iāll finish it no matter what, even if itās boring or not my taste. For me, Phuwinās acting didnāt really catch me because I watched Wednesday Club and, omg, idk why but I found his acting really off there. Pond, though is a good actor but Me and Thee just wasnāt my taste. But I got curious because PondPhuwin have so many fans, so there must be a reason, right? š I searched around, and people kept telling me to watch Never Let Me Go. So I just started, and yeah, Phuwin is finally doing justice to his character. But I canāt judge yet...I need to watch the whole series before I rate it. This is completely just my opinion, no hate toward the actors. I love them all. š«¶

Gng why are we fighting??? Watching series is a hobby, a way to relax, not a reason to fight over fictional characters. At the end of the day, theyāre all fictional and weāre real people. Letās just be kind to each other.
I was getting tired of seeing Phobtee slander everywhere. Some BL fans will romanticize the most nefarious, downright abusive MLs just because he ālovesā his partner, but God forbid a man fights for freedom, liberation, and equal rights for all, INCLUDING the right to love Tinn without the barrier of class or status, then suddenly heās the biggest villain to ever exist in their eyes. Individualism and exceptionalism are extremely dangerous ideals to have! If they canāt handle the historical significance and nuance of this series, then they should stick to watching romance BLs with simple storylines. Itās insulting to see them reduce Phob to a ābetrayerā just because his actions are for the greater good, not just an individual relationship.
