all 3 of them are better off as friends tbh. i completely understand why JH would want to try to start anew with jaepil. she ran away so abruptly and she hasnt really moved on because she was stuck playing pretend with that rich lady. seeing everyone again grounded her and reminded her what she wants. she felt comfortable and safe with JP. is it kind of annoying/weird timing? maybe but JP and YR had 7 damn years to figure out what they are to eachother and still no progress so I don't even care for them as a couple lmao. I'm glad she finally told JH how she felt though. but I want jung hyun to be with her if anything. they're all in different chapters of their lives and should let go of the past.
also I wish they killed off the piece of shit manager because the last thing I wanna see in these final eps is his pathetic attempt at revenge.
halfway through episode 4 and i just really love the friendships between jonghui and yeongrye and sangcheol and jaepil. all of these characters are so endearing and cute in their own ways and I have a soft spot for youngryes brother too
lee misook is so good at playing a villain because Ive wanted to beat the shit out of her characters in queen of tears and this one... side note: can you fucking idiots use spoiler tags
lee chaemin is so fine and has a bright future fr. so much charm. I've been with him since he was a minor character in high class. it's nice seeing how far he has come. the ending was cute I dont even care how he got to the future (though i assume the ripped magunrok page)
I wanna see jesan and that consort kang cunt get sliced up by a sword :( ... safe to say the ending is going to be she gets transported home after all this and a reincarnated version of himself in the present day will make her bibimbap lol
FREE JEONG I SHIN SHE DID NOTHING WRONG EVER IN HER LIFE
drama was predictable but still enjoyed watching everything unfold. when the priest/ grandpa said "she wanted to she was curious" I felt so much rage I wanted ishin and suyeol to tag team him and kill him brutally. burning in a fire was too tame. I hope there's a season 2 I'd love to see more of jang dongyoon ans hyunjung
jeong ishin taunting nahee was so good. but nahee saying "now prove yourself" to suyeol was annoying as fuck. he's the one carrying the team and actually working while everyone else throws tantrums and undermines him. the whole squad needs to die fr especially seonggyu. incompetent dipshits
it's honestly impressive how they managed to come up with a story that lasted 3 seasons and was still this unique and intense and emotionally impactful. the games did feel slow at times but they were still very clever and effective. the writers always have done a good job at creating these characters and arcs that really make you get attached and invested. I think it wrapped up nicely and I sobbed seeing the survivors out of the borderlands. of course I missed some of the previous characters but the new cast was amazing too. watching arisu's growth since s1 in 2020 makes me feel so proud- he's been through so much π ALSO THE CAMEOS AT THE END IM SOBBING AGAIN It feels like seeing old friends
the actresses did amazing in their roles esp KGE but tbh I never felt anything for sangyeon besides annoyance and frustration lol. I guess the writing seemed to favor eunjung's side so naturally I was rooting mostly for her. I hardly even cared when that bitch was breaking down in the mountains after learning the truth about her brother bc the whole situation with other sang hak was so infuriating π not one likeable quality about her to me. I only felt somewhat bad when the finale came around when she had to die. the scenes were so emotional and well acted but I just feel like she's the kind of person who wouldn't have even looked back and apologized to eunjung if she didn't get sick in the first place so I'm glad it was her π€·ββοΈ
can't get over how perfect the casting was for Min Jae as the younger version of Seung Heon I need them to play together again as father and son or something in a different project
also I wish they killed off the piece of shit manager because the last thing I wanna see in these final eps is his pathetic attempt at revenge.
