PURE EXCELLENCE! usually i hate slowburn when it comes to revenge plots, i like the instant gratification kinda like in taxi driver but this was handled beautifully and made everything worth it. the acting and visuals from everybody in this cast are everything. for sure one of my favorite releases of this year so far. also finding out the history between the old lady landlord and dong eun made me cry ðŸ˜
the drama is kinda lacking for me tbh but kim nam gil sung joon dahee and eunwoo are so attractive it's fun to watch regardless. van and miho are cute but i don't really care for romance sprinkled in genres like these. and also i'm kinda on goongtan's side so it was entertaining watching him beat up van. i would be resentful and evil too if humans did that to me as a kid. why would i want to help save them and be their little dog lmao. i'mbummed it's endng this week
oh that old grandma and her loser son pissing me off in ep 2 towards the end. the poor mother should've hit harder honestly and the daughter should've hit back too. it's what that bitch deserves. if my grandma disrespected me and my mother like that and then tried to lay hands on us and play victim, she would get wrecked idc how old she is lmao
anyway aside from that hye jin and the kid who played her so brought me to tears. i've seen that child actor in a couple dramas and he is so talented
finally catching up and seeing goongtan get that old man in episode one was so satisfying lol i love him. i've been waiting for that old piece of sht to die since he first came on screen. sung joon plays a good "villain" i support him. miho/ wonjeong piss me off honestly
how are people so dense and stupid that they don't even realize what jim meant then proceed to call him a homophobe? and fans even hating on earth? the lack of comprehension skills baffles me. obviously jim is expressing valid concern because he is gay and poor so he doesn't want li ming to experience any of the hardships jim faced. of course he could have definitely confronted him differently but at the end of the day jim just doesn't want his nephew to turn out like him or suffer. sheesh
saw the movie in theaters last friday and while it was exciting to see hyun bin, hwang jung min and kang kiyoung on the big screen, the movie itself was kind of mediocre tbh. the acting was excellent of course but the overall story was kind of meh. i know it's based on a true story but i feel like it could've been more exciting lol. hyunbin looked so fine though, he was the main selling point for me
this show constantly impresses me with each episode. the tension and suspense is unreal it has me holding my breath. every character is so unpredictable and the villagers are so freaky. i love this so much! the acting, the cinematography, everything. also yuya yagira is sexy as hell. i'm curious to see how things unfold in the last 2 eps. ugh i need more seasons
part 2 is WAAAAY better than part 1. i'm glad things picked up. i'm not finished yet but ep 7 and 8 were already so good. i forgot how unbearably frustrating and dumb these characters can be though. both in the OG and this version i'm screaming at my tv. also seoul is a great addition- she slays. i wish berlin would just shoot all these fckn hostages tho lmao ugh park haesoo is such a dilf
1. i really wish this just wasn't on disneyplus korea cause more people need to watch the show it's so underrated to me
2.i love this show and kim raewon is so damn sexy (i must mention it every time i come on here) lol but the whole plot that's spread throughout the whole season with taehwa, jin hogae's dad and those other annoying old men isn't my fave. it's still good and entertaining but i like when the episodes are just focused on different cases/ extreme incidents that show off the skills of jin hogae, seol, dojin and the rest of the squad. i'm having fun though and it reminds me of the american show 911 a little bit, but kim raewon is more fun to watch. it's so attractive when he solves the cases and explains it to everyone and i love the camaraderie. i love jindo dog!! also i don't really care for the potential romance at all (i hate when romance is sprinkled in dramas that don't need it just because there's a male and female lead) but the development between hogae and seol is sweet.
i've been anticipating this for awhile since casting announcements and i saw it today finally. it did not disappoint! kim raewon and lee jongsuk always deliver. it was so emotional but also very intense and thrilling. i was expecting eunwoo's role to be bigger but he still did a good job and lee minki's cameo was nice too. very well done film.
sorry, but i kinda cheered for bumseoks dad during that scene when he came home after bumseok pulled that stunt with those bullies and sieun got jumped badly lmao and then after the sooho incident. the abuse was awful at first but i lost empathy for that piece of trash so fast. bumseok is pathetic and by the end i just didn't care about his trauma. such a loser, i enjoyed every moment he got hit after he became a little traitor. that weak fuck could only fight someone when theyre already knocked out. sooho and sieun didn't deserve to be involved with that rat it makes my blood boil i wanted bumseok to d*e
i love it so much the whole cast is doing amazing and kim raewon is sexy. episode 5 was a thrill ride and it always makes me emotional when they solve the cases/ save people's lives :'). they all make a great team, i love dojin and hogae's frenemies bromance bond they're fun to watch.
kinda slow but lmaoooo i did not feel bad at all for kim kangwoo's character at all. even before the plot twist, that weak little cheating loser had it coming. the end was so satisfying. i love a well executed revenge plan. the couple got what they deserved in the end. kangwoo always looking sexy though
still wish sieun wouldve smashed beomseoks face in with the fire extinguisher til you couldn't recognize him tbh didn't really care about what he went thru by the end ugh. at least the bullies were bad from the start, that loser is a traitor which is worse and a piece of trash i would've made sure he suffered the most. my poor soo ho
anyway aside from that hye jin and the kid who played her so brought me to tears. i've seen that child actor in a couple dramas and he is so talented
