its in the middle... he isnt hurt because of the FL and SML... the SML is everywhere helping everyone like him but for free so he feels left out... there is only 1 small scene were he sees the SML and hyejin together but we will forget about it in the next scene because she comes to take care of a sick dushik...

Maybe he changed after going to the city and disconnected himself from the village but even then all of those grandma's children are in Seoul which might also include his school friends... Atleast someone will know something about him...

i think he went away after the incident? why would he go mia to get married? going by his character his wedding will be filled with the villagers or atleast the grandma and his childhood friends unless he was a completely different person back then and didnt like to associate himself with the villagers...
