I don't think Park Do Jae is the one who pushed Hee Joo. Even if he were a villain and had a reason to, no one in their right mind would push someone off a cliff like that. I think the psycho killer/kidnapper was also present at the time because, earlier in the episode, he received a call to take action on a plan
