But now it varies from 1 to 10 lol I agree with you, there are several good vertical dramas with low ratings while some extremely toxic ones with very high ratings. I'm confused about this, I usually evaluate chemistry, acting and story. Never music because they are usually terrible ones that are inserted to circumvent copyright.
Lin Zi Rong is a great actress, it's a shame that most of her roles are very vulnerable.

Regarding the villains, I actually liked that there were several different ones because the story could really involve scientists/guinea pigs and just like the tribe, perhaps if the drama had been a little longer they could have addressed the first villain in more depth.
